What data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide to us directly in the following situations:
- Contact form: name, email address and message.
- Account registration: first name, last name, email address and password.
- WooCommerce orders: name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email and payment data (handled securely by the Stripe payment gateway).
We also collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) necessary for the security and correct functioning of the site.

How long we retain your data
Order and invoice data is retained for 10 years in compliance with Italian tax obligations. User account data is retained for as long as the account is active. Contact form data is deleted within 12 months of receipt. Technical logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — request that processing be suspended in certain cases
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
